President

Todd CK Williams is the founder and President of Firstline Mobility, one of the most experienced and innovative relocation management firms in the industry. In forming Firstline over 20 years ago, he carefully constructed solutions based on the unique needs and goals of human resources and recruitment professionals.  That spirit and mindset continues and is driving force to Firstline’s service delivery and client success.

Todd began his career in the relocation in the early 1980’s, expanding and honing his skill to beginning with relocation consultant, loan officer, and real estate broker.  This experience along with his “client first” approach, opened up opportunities in management and senior leadership positions. 

A  native Alaskan, and after family relocations to Florida and Ohio, Todd now calls California his home.  He and his wife are active in local charities with a focus on youth organizations.

Yvonne Strong

Executive Vice President

Yvonne began her career  in the early 1980s as a relocation consultant for National Relocation Assistance Corporation (NRAC) later becoming the top marketing/sales manager and part owner of NRAC.  Her love for the business and belief in the good they could do to assist corporations and their new employees made it possible for her to introduce corporations such as  Rockwell, Disney, IBM, LA Times and many others to this service.    NRAC was later sold  where she continued on with as the primary marketing, group moves and sales manager for the West Coast Region.

She later joined Firstline Mobility shortly after it's founding in 1992. Since that time Yvonne has increased her knowledge learning the mortgage side of business, staging homes and real estate transactions specializing in assisting families and individuals find the perfect home and neighborhood.
